The great Himalayas of Nepal are well known as one of the best destinations in the world for enjoying the real beauty of the nature. Trekking along the trails into the interior parts of the country will lead you to ancient foot trails that you will always remember for the scenic river-banks, terraced fields, forested ranges and mountain villages. Trekkers may walk along the rough but beautiful trails in the lap of green and friendly looking hills. You will be impressed by the rhododendron filled green dark and deep forests with different seasonal flowers blossoming, domestic and forest animals, varieties of birds, monasteries, temples, mountain landscapes and the warm greetings from smiling local people.
Annapurna Base Camp Trek (16 days)
The Annapurna base camp trek is a medium level trek. This trek requires a good experience of walking and a good physical condition. It covers views of the Machhapuchare, Annapurnas, Daulagiri, Nilgiri and other beautiful mountains. The trail passes through different ethnic villages, forests, and cultivated land. It holds scenic charming during the trek. Rhododendron is the national flower of Nepal, which is blooming in March-April. This route steps ascending up to 4130m at Annapurna Base Camp and descends towards Ghorepani and ascends up to Poon Hill from there we can observe the charming of the chain of panoramic Himalayas and other views. The trek continues till the pilgrim place of Muktinath. You can fly back from Jomsom or walk back to Pokhara.
